• Purpose: FlowStack is a productivity and anti-procrastination app designed to help users focus on one task at a time.

2. Eligibility & Account Usage

• FlowStack is available to users over the age of 13.
• You can use FlowStack without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your data.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity under your account.

3. Premium Features & Payments

• FlowStack offers premium features through a subscription or lifetime purchase.

• A subscription provides access to additional features but is not required to use the app.

• Payments are processed through RevenueCat, Google Play, and Apple App Store.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through the respective app store.

• Refunds may be offered in accordance with store policies and our refund policy. We may offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Accidental purchase (if reported within 24 h)
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the premium features
  • Duplicate charges

  We generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial subscription period refunds (e.g., canceling mid-month)

  If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with your purchase receipt and reason for the request. We review refund requests case-by-case.
